However, permission to enter the USA on this basis does not allow for longer stays or multiple entry into the USA without having to return to the country. The US Embassy promotes the visa application as it gives travelers many privileges.

We advise you not to waste your time and money on people who claim to know someone at the American Embassy or that they are consular officials themselves. Their only purpose is to extort money. Take matters into your own hands. So much is up to you.
Try to reduce the risk that the Consul will give you a refusal. The consul is only human. So it is not infallible. Don’t let him hurt you.
