Back of House:
Kitchen Help / Salad Prep / Expo – $8.50/Hourly+Tips (Overtime Rate – $12.75)
Dishwasher / Cook – $10/Hourly (Overtime Rate – $15)
Front of House:
Hostess – $9.50/Hourly (Overtime Rate – $14.25)
Busser – $4.50/Hourly + Tips (Overtime Rate – $6.75)
Server – $2.13/Hourly + Tips (Overtime Rate – $3.20)
Weekly Hours: 32 – 40 +
Housing & Transportation:
- Housing in an Apartment/Host Family. Housing assistance is offered through CICD. Typical housing in the Outer Banks is a shared 3-4 person shared bedroom, 7-10 person apartments/house with basic furniture, utilities, electricity, water.
- Housing Fee: $125-$150 per week + $200 deposit
- Housing Payment: Plan to pay 2 weeks rent plus deposit at arrival or prior depending on landlord
- Transportation: No local transportation, housing will be biking distance to work. You must be okay riding a bike.
